Tepung Beras Bumbu Pedas Kukus Tiga Kali Mianyang (沔阳三蒸麻辣蒸肉粉), makanan khas tradisional dari Xiantao (dahulu Mianyang), Provinsi Hubei, Tiongkok.
Kemasan 100g ini berisi beras sangrai yang digiling kasar dan dicampur dengan bumbu pedas yang dirancang khusus untuk membuat Fen Zheng Rou (daging kukus dengan tepung beras).

How to Use It
- Prepare the Meat: Slice about 1 lb (500g) of meat into bite-sized pieces.

- Coat: Add the packet of seasoned rice flour and stir until each piece of meat is thoroughly and evenly coated.
- Steam: Arrange the coated meat in a steamer (traditionally a bamboo basket). You can place a layer of root vegetables (like sweet potatoes or taro) underneath to absorb the meat juices. Steam over high heat until the meat is ultra-tender, typically 1 to 1.5 hours.
